Group Coaching

Sign up to attend our group coaching sessions. Topics will include lactation, pregnancy nutrition, easy meals, eating after weaning, and more. All sessions are currently held virtually until the end of 2022 to accommodate for social distancing.


Group Fitness

Our fitness classes are specifically tailored to be suitable for pregnant and postpartum women. Our trainers are specially trained in this specialty to guide you through exercises to strengthen your core and pelvic floor in preparation for recovery from your pregnancy. New classes are updated weekly

POstpartum Nutrition

Congratulations on your little one! Now the fun begins, right? This course will guide you on how to successfully transition into healthy eating to recover from delivery, produce volumes of healthy breastmilk (if you’re EBF), and how to create a quick and easy meal to keep you going while caring for your sweet baby.

This course is all about you. It covers the basics of how to get back to ‘normal’ (if there is even such a thing anymore) after a baby.
